Battery - 550 Maranello

Hi Guys, does the 550 have the capability to be trickle charged by a CTEK charger using the lighter socket as with the 355?

Also, does it have a master switch? Only just bought mine and it's in storage at a mates house. Don't want it going flat on me.

Not sure about charging via the cigar lighter - my garage fitted a connector to the battery when it was in for a service which works very well. The car does also have a master switch just in front of the battery to the passenger side.

It's a standard 096 Battery on the 550 Maranello, twin terminal, round post. It operates like a normal battery; can be trickle charged etc.
