Oven Fried Chicken

Hi,

Does anyone have any proven recipes for oven fried chicken? I like KFC now and again but its not exactly the best of food, obviously I won't be making its equal but something along those lines would be great that I could do in the oven.

Good point this, I've always wondered about southern fried chicken as you get in the USA, don't they let it marinate in buttermilk or some such before? Also, what is the coating they use, it's not complex like KFC, something simple, like corn flour or similar? Any thoughts?

Andy Spot on for the yummiest chicken....leave pieces marinating in buttermilk in fridge overnight(my wife uses a plastic bag), breadcrumb and fry the next day, most tender besterest chicken.

Try you tubing southern fried chicken....lots of how to videos.
