Ordering Black & White digital prints?

Apologies if this is mentioned elsewhere.

Does anyone have any tips or recommendations for ordering good quality digital prints of black & white images? I've used Photobox before, but the prints were done on a colour printer and have a slight brown/sepia tone. I would prefer a proper black/grey tone if it possible.
