Allow Wheel refurb/repair

Does anyone know where's good at sort damaged alloys out? I've used a guy before based near Wakefield who was really good at repairing an alloy wheel when I had a Ford Cougar and hit a bad pot hole. But done a similar thing with the fiesta and cant remember his details.

He was based near Durkar, just off the M1. He had his workshop in his garage, but did a great job.

Anybody know of him or another company that could do a similar job?

I think I got the guys number from Metal Magic in Barnsley, would be better since thats where I live, but think they said they dont do repairs as such, more just referb.

Stick with Tony Bickerstaff at Durkar. He mends bends etc for me, I do the painting and blasting bit, I also have a guy that welds alloys for me who is good.

Welds alloys, hmmm, is it possible to unbend and fix this, or am i being a little ambitious...?



If not, any suggestions for what i can do with the other 3 which are perfect!?

I think thats a bit ambitious. They can be reshaped to a certain extent, but not welded as far as I know.

Unless you can find a spare then probably best flogging them if you can. Pity, they look a nice set.

get the tyre off and let me take it to him whats the worst he can say? no!
he has done some blinders although he may not do it due to amount missing around the rim
