Rear centre brake lights

Boring question I know, but I wondered why TVR chimeara and griff's are not fitted with centre brake lights (not that I want one on mine)most cars have had them fitted since 97?

Not required for the SVA as opposed to type approval. Might be wrong though.

The Tuscan has high level brake lights though, I think.

My 98 Cerb has got one, but when i checked the original order form it was specifically requested as an extra, so i'm not sure if even Cerbs have them fitted as standard.

Only the newer ones (2003? onwards).
