Another Wedge fan saying hello ...
Discussion
Hi All,
After 'lurking' for a while here, thought I would say hello ...
Im a life-long TVR fan, although my real interest was fired up in the heydey of the eighties when the wedges appeared .. particularly culminating in the mighty SEAC's which always seem to be on the cover of 'Fast Lane' magazine ..
Ive had phases with other classics, most recently with a 911, now gone ...but at some point I am looking to own a wedge. Unfortunately budget is against me at the moment so although I would love a SEAC (or discover one of the missing SEAC's...'NAS7Y' perhaps ?), I will be starting at 350i level ...
Hope to get down to a wedge event this summer to see some cars in the flesh,
Mike

Somehow, for some reason, this is the first I've heard of this!!! Just had a butchers at the website and I'll definitely be going to this one unless something drastic happens!!! My plans for BBWF pretty much stalled at the very beginning, due to how much money the 420SE has swallowed to get it back to a reliable state, however since I live just the other side of Chesterfield from Chatsworth, I think it should be perfectly doable welcome, next big gathering of wedges is probably Chatsworth on 25 April ( http://www.chatsworthtvr.co.uk/ ). Mike, the 350i is a very good car. I have had one now for over two years now yes i would like the 450 but at the moment i'm more than happy with the 350.
So starting of with the 350 you wont regret it.
Cheers jonny.
Apart from the engine and a few minor styling tweaks. Are the 450's actually any different??So starting of with the 350 you wont regret it.
Cheers jonny.
Is it not maybe an option to simply buy a 350 and either slap in a RR 4.6 with a descent cam or maybe a 3.9 with a couple of turbo's??
