Any idea what length is required to wrap the Roush exhaust (excluding manifolds). Presumably the 2" stuff is easier to work with and use some stainless ties?

Any suggestions from someone who has done it?

I used one 50' and one 15' I recall of DEI 2" black wrap.It was enough for all the pipework from the turbo's down to the rear boxes. I did a generous 50% overwrap and double wrapped the cats.

I ended up going for the vulcan exhaust wrap:

A little more expensive, but so much nicer to work with, and it looks awesome.

that looks like good stuff, do they deliver to the UK and how many rolls did you use?... looks better quality than the high temparature stuff I have bought.

It's excellent stuff. And I am sure you could get some shipped to the uk. I have not looked around yet. But I would be surprised if you could not find a supplier in the UK. If all else fails let me know.

My car is a very recent build. So I had everything wrapped. I also cat cat and muffler replacement pipes made and wrapped too. In total I think we had to eat into a roll and a
little more.
