Trying to work from the gym today and failing badly...

No internet at home today so I'm working from David Lloyd however all is not going well. Aussie aerobics just came on the plasma here and i'm now mesmerised

Surely this is the best thing on television?

I used to have a huge Plasma behind me at the old bank. every morning I used to switch over from Bloomberg, and put the "Aerobics, OZ style" on.....Really perked me up.
Funnily no-one ever complained.

The only women I saw are a bunch of old women having coffee. The worst thing was all I could smell was fish and chips and no food was being served. Eww...
