T350 Immobiliser Problem?

Greetings.
Came to start the car this morning, dash lights up, fuel pump primes, turn key - nothing. The light by the immobiliser key thingy is permanent red & I can't get it to switch off... Tried both the keys & both the slot-fob thingies (technical term) but still nothing. Don't know if it's relevant but it was really cold here last night (-19). Car is in garage on trickle.
Noticed a similar problem on the 'Help starting Sag' thread which says to reset the ECU under the passenger footwell carpets. I looked but I don't see it. Is it somewhere else on a T350? If I find & reset it, do you think it might solve the problem?

I had this same problem recently. If you consult the fuse box diagram in the manual (simply because I can't remember the fuse number) and find the fuse 'Immobiliser', just remove and replace this. Your immobiliser light will/should then start flashing again and off you go.
