Has anyone installed one of these? Having real issues getting mine to work. I thought I was pretty good at this ICE malarky.

I've plugged it all in to the head unit and unplugged the boot mounted cd changer and it wont play songs off my USB stick, I can see it accessing the stick (green light on stick flashes) but nothing is played.

Any ideas?
