Guys,

I notice for previous events there has been a 'Wiki' of the entrants, their vehicles and expected speeds.

Will somebody be setting up the same thing for 'Armageddon'?

(I'm not 100% sure how to do it, otherwise I'd set it up myself)

Just set one up - a bit presumptuous putting myself straight on there as I haven't sent my money off yet. Online banking here we come! biggrin

Just to reiterate all a couple of point ladies and gents..Looking forward to seeing you all soon..

- If cars are too noisy you will be pulled in

- No spectators other than your one passenger

- please ensure all monies are paid prior to vmax & disclaimers sent or printed off and brought with you on the day. this will give you more time on the track.

- All your cars are thoroughly checked over prior to the day & given a once over before you enter the track.

Thanks for your understanding,

Craig

The attendance list is shaping up nicely, although I wonder what else is coming that hasn't been posted.

Quite a number of cars on there I'd like to run against that will most likely achieve similar speeds in the distance. Hopefully it will pan out.

A number of cars I just want to see and see unleashed too.

CLK DTM, awesome. Lotus Carlton, wow, a car I read about in magazines in total admiration long before I could drive. Performance Car manazine tales up being 4 up, camera gear in the boot and I don't know what speeds. Brilliant.

What's everyone else looking forward to?

Im looking forward to seeing the Carlton too.The last one I saw was at the classics on the green gathering near Watford last year and before that many years ago Sandles the car dealer from Kings Lynn had one,he pulled away from me in my Sapphire Cossie like I was hard on the brakes smile

The whole days going to be great fun,I fancy a run with an M3,Grahams Audi and the CLK DTM.

I'm looking forward to seeing the Ford GT as I've never seen one 'in the metal' before.

I'd quite like a passenger ride in an M6 if someone was kind enough. Would be nice to compare it to my M3.

To be honest I can't wait to see most of the cars that will be there. Nearly all are faster or more exotic than anything I'm used to.

Like many others I'm really looking forward to seeing the Lotus Carlton, then of course there is Purplezilla, the CLK DTM, Ford GT, R8 V10, a pair of NSX's etc etc...... not to mention that (if all goes according to plan) I think we're likely to see a new VMAX record from an unlisted entrant wink

I thought one of the PH cars attending was British and Very fast. The Noble M600 is British and Very fast - that's what I meant.

Can I just reiterate pls all...

don't forget your pre vmax car checks before you drive up & whilst waiting to start runs do another one to be on safe side.

Once at the ground do not drive down the main runway, you'll be told by the gatehouse where to park up and wait.

Can I also ask.. Quite a few of you didnt send disclaimers (thanks!)

Can you please make sure you have one printed and signed for you & passenger ready for collection. You cannot run without us having one from you.

See you all soon,

C

Ah right, well one is, and it is.... but its not the one I have in mind wink I believe there will be something faster accelerating than the GT9R in attendance......
