Divorce Advice
Discussion
Right, I need a divorce..
We have a house that we can’t get out of so looking to rent it out until we are out of our fixed term. (we will get a legal agreement to cover both our interests)
She has a bit of cash, I don’t.
She left me and is with another fella but insisting she only copped off with said cock head after she moved out. I know this is bulls
t, but can’t prove it.
Do I take it on the chin, be the bigger man and get one of these quicky divorces leaving her with a nice nest egg and me with f
k all or tell her I want some of her cash to help in starting over.
Any anybody used these quicky divorce things?

What would the answer be if it were you with the money and your ex wanted part of it? SWT...
I know, i know. Just feel a bit s
tty taking cash off her.......I know i shouldn't, but part of me is saying just move on and leave her be.
A mate of mine went through a similar scenario and just lumped it, bought her out of the house so she had the cash to play with and they both got on with their lives.
Terribly sad, but both remarried now and happy and still see each other occassionaly with any issues, so I'd take the path of least resistance

Yes, twice.Cite "unreasonable behaviour" if you really trust each other and know it won't be used against you and both want a quick and painless "out". Either party can "admit" to unreasonable behaviour.
I believe this can provide the route to a quick and (relatively) inexpensive divorce.
From what you say, I'd just get the hell out of there as quickly as possible, let her have her nest-egg and start a new life for yourself.
No kids I presume.
Although she may have liquid cash you may have contibuted more to the marriage in other areas.
50/50 split seems perfectly fair.
Just a laymans point of view. I'd obviously recomend seeking professional advice.
However don't get too bogged down thinking about it. You have a whole new life to look forward to.
Good luck!

If you file, costs go to you.
Worth about £1500.
I'm just saying.
Hence the quicky no contest couple of hundred quid divorce if she gifts me cash before hand......Worth about £1500.
I'm just saying.
What to do, what to do!!!

She is coming around tonight to help me box things from the house up.
I think i'll ask her for some cash to help me set up a new place to live....
It is only fair seeing as i knew the other bloke and drank with him and i've been quite calm about the whole thing....
I don't want 50 50.
Just help with setting me up will do me.
