Source for replacement PS3 KEM-400AAA blu-ray unit

Hi folks, tried a search on PH but didn't find anything in particular so ...

Can anyone on here recommend a good (and sensibly priced!) source for a replacement blu-ray unit for my 60Gb PS3 (bought in 2007 I think).

I believe the part number is KEM-400AAA.

I'm looking for recommendations from people who have actually bought from the person they recommend as there appear to be a lot of sharks out there!
