I wish! Cleats are only a tenner...!You can adjust on the pedals. Allen key job - or just replace the cleat. Pick the crap out of the bolt and surrounding areas. Soak the cleat with penetrating oil (WD40) and leave over night. . Uses a decent (new) allen key and gently ease the bolt out.
Alternativly give it to your LBS who have a ton of experience in shifting the sods.
