Website for 'trading/swapping' building materials/home stuff

I seem to remember hearing about a website where you can buy/sell/swap and materials for building and household stuff, but was aimed at Self-builders and domestic clients as opposed to the trade. (I think I read about it in 'Homebuilding & rennovating' magazine)

Does anyone rcall such a thing?

Close, but the one I had in mind was more 'private individuals selling/trading with private individuals', whereas that seems to be more professionals selling salvage to the consumer.

Sorry for the slight thread hijack but I'm told that there are site that sell excess/reclaimed materials from builders/construction companies. Any suggestions?
