Morning, I note you see alot of people going up the hill at Goodwood as a passenger.
Is this something that you can pay to do on the day? or is it more of a case of who you know?
Thanks

The only cars allowed to take passengers are the supercars. Rides in these are allocated by the manufacturers so nowt to do with us... We can allocate rides up in the RR Phantom Course Car but this is done by Lord March ususlly in conjunction with charity etc so unless you are donating a significant amount of cash to charity - I would say it's not possible..Is this something that you can pay to do on the day? or is it more of a case of who you know?

If you contact the Richard Burns Foundation, you will be able to buy yourself a couple of laps of the rally stage in a WRC or JWRC car - these usually go for £2-3k at auction to give you an idea of cost. I always put one in the prize draw for the GRRC ball on the Thursday night and we donate all the revenue raised to the RBF (usually £6-7k).
Hope this helps,
J
