Search facility is down for me at the moment and I seem to remember there a a few insurance bods on here, can anybody reccomend a cheap but good insurance company to use for Gallardo insurance, Any discounts avaliable through owners clubs ?

If you have more than one vehicle I can't recommend the Admiral Multi-Car Policy highly enough. The service is fantastic, and the pricing is great.

Admiral just bumped my premium by £100 this year for no apparent reason. I tried using the various search sites but they seem to have a new cut of code that classes manufacturer fit options as extras that need to be specified. As soon as I spec'd them all out, pretty much every company declined to quote or came back with silly prices.

if memory serves, Admiral and elephant are basically the same people, and I have Elephant on tape (given they record calls) saying that they would let my (now sold finally!!! Bring on the F355!!! Sorry, I digress... :P) 911 be repaired (if the worst had happened) by a repairer I deemed appropriate, subject to monitoring by one of their "engineers" to make sure the repairer didn't take the piss with hourly rate etc
