Hello all
Just going through the threads as normal and picked up on the comment concerning Stratstone. At the understood risk of abuse - please be kind - please see below.
I would like to introduce myself as I have recently been appointed to the position of Maserati Sales Specialist for Stratstone Maserati & Ferrari. I start on 15th March 2010.
I/we are aware that previously the dealership has not had the best reputation in certain areas. There is a new management team in place passionate about the brands and everything surrounding them and dedicated to customer satisfaction. I have been recruited to add weight to the renewal of the franchise and more specifically Maserati and ensure that going forward existing and potential customers have no cause for complaint or realistically if so they are dealt with correctly.
Without boring you too much with my details you will find me to be exceptionally dedicated to achieving the above. I have 19 years experience running my own reasonably successful company, an absolute petrolhead, FOC member, I will provide all types and levels of customers with as professional experience as possible based on my pride in working with two such fantastic product ranges.
Although not officially in place I will be present at the Mottram Hall event on the Sunday 7th March and will happily talk through the exciting plans/changes to Stratstone Maserati & Ferrari in 2010. For those individuals not attending the event please see/find my details below.
To any users who have had a previuosly less than favourable experience with our dealership and especially those who are no longer customers I would welcome the opportunity to discuss the issues to see if they can be overcome in anyway regardless of any outcome in regaining custom.
