Based in Loanhead they specialize in Alfa Romeos of all ages. A lot of the older ones are fitted with Webers. Might be worth a try

You could always try the Car Tuning Clinic in Abbeyhill. Haven't been in a while but used them for work on my TR a number of times, and will again when I pull my finger out and recommission it. The owner really knows his older stuff (and runs a Stag himself, so knows SUs & Strombergs particularly well), plus they've had a lot of different machinery through their doors over the years, including some fairly exotic stuff.

Worth a shot!

I have been working on it for a few years now, total restoration from the ground up. Starting with every part stripped off and de-rusted (a lot) primed painted or just replaced if to far gone, all waxoiled and underseal, new rubber seals all round, all other new parts were Italian clear indicators, rear lights, door mirrors, chrome wipers, spring, all round suspension discs wheel bearings brakes and stainless steel pipes all new brake lines fuel hose etc, Engine: total stripped down cleaned ported and polished new Mahl race piston,

You did ask!

Going out now but will post the rest another day
