I remember watching the 15 programme with Jamie Oliver - a number of the kids that had an amazing opportunity simply couldn't be bothered.
Often, it seems, those that need the most assistance simply don't want it and are happy living like rats.
I guess the only answer is to take away the social support until they get off their arses, or they die.
Either way suits me.

Plus working in a pure Asian enviroment. Owner, hats off though comes across as really nice guy.
