Hi there
looking to get a GPS system which can just tell me the current speed limit, how fast I'm going, whether any cameras may be nearby and that can update itself automatically. The above 2 looks like they do the job. The Snooper is £100 cheaper, anyone have recommendations? According to the blurb the Snooper database is updated by professionals rather than enthusiasts, whatever that means. Any other systems I should consider?

Cheers
Gareth

looking at the same two systems myself

which do you think is the better? they both cost about the same per month.

the snooper is smaller, but has no battery option and has to be hard wired so its difficult to move from car to car.(please corect me if im wrong.)

cheers

I have the Road Angel Connected. Works well for me although I wish it was smaller

I've had the RA Pro Connected since it first came out I do rate it as you can use it without any leads so taking it from one vehicle to the other is very easy, once charged the battery lasts for more than a day. It does go off on sites where traps have been active but not neccesarily active when you come across them, some people find this off putting to me it just keeps you on your toes. I have said this before on here I have used RA products for the last 10 years I don't drive like an idiot but when I am late for a survey due to our congested roads, lost in a new area trying to find the building I'm supposed to be looking at the RA has saved my license more times than I can remember (20+ perhaps) from nasty little speed trap vans in silly places.

Hi,

Both units are very good it is really difficult to say which is better. One thing to note, Snooper have also just reduced the subscription costs on Lynx. At the previous pricing it almost worked out the same cost for both units when subscription was added.

If it is anything to go by we sell more Professional Connected's.

I can offer very good pricing on both, Just email me.

Cheers

Derek
