I'd have thought that given the chap has recently converted to Islam and married a foreign chick that he'd garnered some kudos with the resident PH 'I'm not a Labour supporter but the Tories are evil because they stole my dad's school milk' brigade.

If Mr Brown's brother (if he has one) was arrested on suspicion of dealing drugs, would this affect my view of Mr Brown? No, he'd still be a c***. Ok, that's a poor example, Brown can't get much lower in my estimation. If I could think of a Labour MP who wasn't a hypocritical spineless waste of oxygen then I'd give another example....
