Hi guys, wondering if anyone could confirm just what this sound is, looking at the car yesterday he said the bearings were replaced Sep of 08 and the crank was reground.

The sound isn't noticable on idle from warm or cold but can be heard when decelerating and maintaining a constant rev with no labour.

Thanks

It sounds like the big ends to me, not that the speakers are very good on my computer. If they were only done in 08 then either it's been run short of oil, poor oil preasure or it's just been brayed to within an inch of it's life!!

Why?
Stuff breaks for all sorts of reasons.

Defective shells from the manufacturer
Not rebuilt properly
Poor mapping

OP, does sound like a big end I'm afraid...
