Front Wheel Bearing

Anyone have an idea what the front wheel bearing is from and or a part number ? I
dont see it on the parts list assume Sierra but is that correct ?

Yep it's Sierra - any model except for the RS Cosworth and 4x4 models.

They will ask left or right side, because some kits include a replacement hub nut, and some have lh threads (mine didn't, but apparently some do).

Off side should be LH thread. Some kits have one nut and therefore are handed, as Andrew says, but some kits provide both a LH and RH nut so the kit will fit either side - just throw away the nut you don't need.
(I have just fitted Motaquip VBK 723 which comes with both nuts)

Sorry should have made clear - mine had a RH thread spindle on the offside (although the kit had a LH nut which is what it should be)

But Mick's right - some kits do give you both.

For anyone thinking of doing a DIY wheel bearing change, in addition to Andrew's write up on how to do it I came across this http://www.verysideways.com/cars/g33_fwbr.htm It seems Ginetta G33's use Sierra bearings as well.
When I did mine I was all geared up to use the oven/freezer combination (ie the wife was out) as described in the G33 write up but when it came to it the old bearings came out easily and the new ones went in with just a bit of persuasion after warming the hub up with a hot air gun.

Early sierras had RH thread nuts both sides - then they became handed each side, maybe a wheel or two fell off or something
