Just a heads up really.

The OH just went to Montrose via Marykirk and there are major floods down there. Some poor guy had got stuck in the flood. I can only imagine it'll be a nightmare trying to get out of Aberdeen tonight.

And it's still really heavy rain!

Fields beside my house are totally soaked and even my garden has puddles all through the grass.

Let's hope the rain stops asap.

I wish it were raining here.

It's been snowing out here (midmar) for the last 36 hours. I've just cleared my access road of 2ft of snow. And it's still snowing.

Another day working from home tomorrow I think...

I'm driving to london in the morning. Hope the main roads are clear as I can't imagine the nob liking deep puddles much.

Definitely properly wet again, never had the half cover on the car today so had to soak a heap of water up from my footwells!
Noticed a couple of flood warning signs up tonight, nothing really of note yet, but if it keeps up I wouldn't be too surprised if there are a few problems.
Got a feeling the roof will be kept on the car this weekend!
Hope it improves though. At least snow has the potential to be fun, this is just miserable and rubbish.

Hasn't stopped snowing here (between Insch & Huntly) since Tuesday night!

Borrowed a Manitou today and cleared 2 feet of snow from my track. My neighbour has lost his transit van under a drift!

Heard that there's alot in Braemar, Banchory and Aboyne etc.
In Aberdeen there's nothing!
