What oil for my Honda Elise

Figured since Opie have a sale on the Silkolene I may as well get some for my service which is due in a while. Which one should I get? Few track days a year but never out for more than 10/15 mins at a time.

While I'm at it, any recommendations from Opie for the MTF III gearbox oil, or should I just get that from Honda themselves?

5W40 pro S is fine

gearbox wise, use Honda MTF III
