iphone picture messaging on voda iphone

I gave my wife my old 3g iphone, I was using it on o2. She is on Vodafone. The phone is unblocked and works fine. Except she cant receive picture messages. She always gets a link to a vodafone website. I have looked online to see if there are some settings she needs without any luck. Anyone know what I need to do???
