Well I am struggling to find good films I haven't watched yet. I know they are out there, I just to end up back at the same old ones.

Now the genres I class as my favourites are those that contain either:

Political elements
Crime elements

If I give you a films I like, I was hoping someone could suggest something I maybe haven't seen.

The General
Blood Diamond
The Departed
Donnie Brasco
The Good Shepherd
Syriana

Thanks, hopefully, for the help.

I have watched the movie, but haven't seen the TV series so I will look at that.

I will see if I can find this as it is rated very highly.

Thank you. I am all for TV series, as I don't really watch much TV.

Infernal Affairs 1, 2, and 3. If you enjoyed The Departed then you will love them, provided you don't mind subtitles.

Nope sorry, I meant this;

It's French, so you will have to deal with subtitles, but it features politics, crime and intrigue etc... and is genuinely brilliant. I've only seen series one, need to watch it again to remind myself of it and am really looking forward to having the time for series two.
