I quite like the bit about no employer's NI for the first year for start-ups with <10 employees.

I wonder what the workload increase at the various offices of HMRC will be like as thousands of one-man Ltd company operations wind their existing businesses up and re-open immediately under a new name?

The exercise should bring the Erics of this world a few extra £££s too!
