Just got a job

Ok it nothing special, but I've been back in my final year of uni this year, I was working up until xmas part time but decided it was getting in the way of my studies so stopped.
Couple of months later I'm totally skint so decided I need a job again, rang an old boss who's just taken over a new pub and he said he could give me some kitchen work.
Went over this afternoon, turns out the head chef is off long term ill and the next chef down is only 18 and they are desperate. I start tomorrow! Simple as that.
Just goes to show there are jobs out there, people are just being far too picky.
