Hi,
Hope I explain this well , we have several computers at work and a couple of laptops , all the users need access to a "real time" programme on the computer ,how can all computer users see the programme at the same time from anywhere in the country, ( hope that made sense ) .
Thanks in advance.

sorry did not make myself clear it is a works programme not a computer programme
i.e dates and info ( install glass 23-2-10 etc etc ).

Is it just a spreadsheet? Don't you have a friendly IT guy who can help? There are loads of ways to share a file / calendar etc without needing a server. I suggest Google Apps.

Yep, if you just want to share a spreadsheet then Google Spreadsheet is more than adequate.
