Good mortgage broker for Farm Acquisition/Purchase?

Once again I'm calling on the great Hive mind of PH to help me out. I don't suppose anyone on here knows of or can recommend a good mortgage broker to deal with purchasing a farm?

It's more like a business loan I suppose than a residential mortgage in as much as there is a house, but there is also land that generates a stable income via area aid payments and grass keep agreements. So it is in that sense self financing.

Any suggestions would be great.
