Nuclear bunker, I see. Saw something similar advertised for sale in the past on a few occasions. Doesn't appeal to me personally, too small & basic for my needs.

"Please note there is a clawback of 30% of any development value realised by the purchaser of the site within 3 years from the date that the new owner’s title is registered"

Immediately tells me that I wouldn't make an offer.

Actually you may laugh but my brother has one of these. It was valued at £70k last year, two rooms, 20 foot underground, no windows but it is a great talking point. He bought it for a few hundred quid when the ROC disbanned.

I know someone who owns one on Exmoor. Cool and the gang apparently - has a solar panel to supply energy and everything. He uses it as a base for outdoor pursuits on the moor and is going to sort out making it available for rent. Cool stuff!

What the odds of two different posters making identical posts?

I was going to say 'No, not for me', but then I read that the enamel bucket is included in the price.

Happy days, I'll be bidding....

Going by the number of posters on this thread I would say this is the ideal property for people who are shall we say lacking in interpersonal skills.

That looks very cool. We had a peek in a similar bunker in Wiltshire a few weeks back. Lots to be found, and lots of info on here ;
