Horrible buzz at the seventh fret on the D string on my acoustic- any ideas?

Anyone reccomend a guitar tech near Swindon?

If it didn't do it before & nothing has been changed on the setup then sounds like the 7th fret has become worn on that string. You should be able to see it.

If it hasn't been done then get the frets stoned to level things out again. Guitar shops are usually a good source of local Luthiers.

I'd try a new set of strings first smile

Thanks chaps - nothing had been changed, though it did start doing it after being played more often than usual. I'll throw a set of strings at it first and see if that helps.
