Multiple page pdf ---- single page tiff converter

I'm on the hunt for some software that will allow me to convert a multiple page pdf file into a single page tiff image. The pdf in question is a mwd log used by Gologists in the offshore industry but its a real pain to view a log on multiple pages so tiff images are prefered.

The free pdfcreator http://sourceforge.net/projects/pdfcreator/ is, aside from being the best PDF ceator I have seen, able to create TIFFS. Load the PDF, choose print and print it to PDFcreator. Then when you are prompted to save the file, save it to TIFF and you will get one multipage tiff. Do check the settings are set to 150dpi black and white or similar, or you will end up with a massive file!
