Lady B.J.W - Thanks to my fellow PH'ers
Discussion
Hi,
Just a small post to thank my fellow PH'ers and the words of support I received from you over the past 2 years or so (both on the forums and privately) in regard to Lady B.J.W.
Unfortunately, the treatment she was receiving for her secondary cancer was not as successful as first thought and after a very quick decline in her health at the start of the month, she passed away quietly at the Marie Curie Hospice on the 20th February. She was 36 - which is no age really.
Her funeral is on Wednesday, after that I am not quite sure what I am going to do with myself, but whatever happens the kindness I received on PH will not be forgotten.
Once again, Thankyou
I am now going to pour myself a Guinness.

Haven't been following this I'm afraid, but would just like to say how sorry I am to see your news.
Cancer is a merciless thing and it seems incredible that we are still pretty much helpless when it happens, yet we can fly to the moon, split the atom, clone sheep and all sorts of other clever stuff.
Don't really know what else to say, except to try and always remember her smile and her laugh - they were the best times.
