Jacking-up?!?!?!

I need a visit from Wicked Wheels! Any suggestions as to what's best to jack the car up with to remove a wheel (ie: bottle jack, very thin trolley-jack or what?) as idiot-man here has curbed a wheel after only four days ownership and is feeling a complete moron!!!

Jack points are mentioned in the manual. I believe you jack at the stud/rivet seams running between the wheels, that join the flat plates.
