Vmax spaces available

Our noise limits are 98dba static test at ¾ max revs ½ m & 45 degrees from the exhaust and 87.5 dba track side drive by.

What date Craig, a standard Sag should pass 98db at 3/4 revs shouldn't it? I know my Cerbera Speed Six was only 92db at 3/4 revs.

I've never had a problem with the Griff at V max and that was 98db at 3/4 revs.

Might be interesting to run the Sagaris without the rear spoiler

It would be interesting to find out what the drag coefficient of a Sagaris is with and without the rear spoiler.
On the net it reckons that both the T350c and the Sag have a Cd of 0.4 which is pretty high to be honest seens as they have tried to minimise drag while maximising downforce, It would be interesting to do 1 run with it on and 1 with it off. There is a chance it wont effect it as much as people think.

I really notice the difference running the Griff without the roof at Vmax, I know it's not exactly the same as with the spoiler but without roof knocks around 10mph off a run and it ain't as quick on acceleration either over 60/70mph

Also my Sag is far quicker than the very good 4 litre speed six Cerbera I had, It would be interesting to see what a S engined Sag is capable of at Vmax, I would say the spoiler would knock at least around 5/10mph off the top end at over 170mph+

Well I hope you can go and compare it, the results will be interesting for sure, looking at the difference in Cd, you would expect it to add quite a bit of top end with it not there as the Sagaris’s rear spoiler is pretty large when you look at it, though you just never know.
