Estoril wheel question

Chaps I dont have the locking key for the centre plate. and they seem to be tighter than a ducks backside. is there any trick or key to get them out ? currentley using WD40 and a flat head screwdriver but it seems to be making a bit of a mess. cheers in advance.

If you want to drive over to Bracknell you can have my old tool thing. I've now got the leven jobs so don't need it any more.

Try taping two screw drivers together, that worked for me when I mislaid my original tool.
