Dash light stays on

OK, new one on me.
Switched off engine, go to get out of car, and dash light/handbrake light still on.
Start and stop to check, all lights etc off, and still on.
Lock/unlock car, still on.
Any ideas?

Pulled fuse 20, Dash Pod lights off.
Let's see what happens in the morning.
Noticed Dash LCD display frozen at 2500 revs, analogue/dials still work.

Normally these kinds of problems are caused by a bad connection or earth. Has is been raining/very wet out your way in the last day or two? Sometimes water ingress can be the culprit too.

Thanks, replaced fuse 20 this morning, all OK.
Not something I want to do every evening, apart from the contortionist act to get to it.
