So, where was the judging of the Feb competition published?

I thought that it was the norm for the person who set the month's subject to publicly judge the first, second and third placed winners giving his/her comments as to why they arrived at that decision. Have I missed something following last months competition?

PS, I have no axe to grind as I did not enter but, I would have thought that the entrants would have liked to receive some feedback and constructive comment.

I noticed that Craig had updated the comp wiki and I've emailed him asking for a results thread. I' guessing that has he didn't even bother posting a discussion thread it's unlikely we'll see it though.

Never mind, March's threads are up and running.

Apparently Craig emailed Racing Green to let him know that he'd won, Racing Green has now started to two threads for March and they've been stickied by the mods (thanks mods).

This is supposed to be an open forum and there are second and third places to be awarded plus constructive comment. It is all meant to help the individual contestant and encourage them to continue competing. Personal mailing only the winner does the competition a disservice, that is not how the January competition was awarded nor any of the previous competitions.
So come on Craig, complete the task as the setter of the competition.

It's maybe worthwhile posting the rules in every entry & discussion thread. It's not exactly clear if you hadn't entered before.

I was looking for the results thread too. It is tradition for the results - first, second and third placings - and comments to be posted. I think the competition is about more than just first place. I enjoy reading the feedback and this I believe was the impetus for the competition, to encourage and learn through mutual practice and appreciation. I would wholeheartedly welcome a return to the usual format next month.

To be fair to Craig I believe he was going on holiday to New zealand for a month when the feb comp started so I wonder if he has come back yet or is jetlagged or trying to get back to normal again after his trip. Still I do hope he gets back to us soon to finish things off.
