Does anyone know if the official UK distributed Evo VI came with a Certificate of Conformity?

do you mean that it is not classed as an import?

The official ralliart VI's are indeed classed as UK models. They show up on most insurance databases as UK models and not imports.

(well, the insurance companies that I searched for mine were like this. I stand to be corrected however)

understand later 7s would be viable as they were officialy sold through ALL Mitsubishi networks, the 6 was however only sold through a limited number of Ralliart dealers, just looking for some information regard the official UK model evo 6s and their conformity certificates as I will be taking my potential purchase abroad smile

Speak to one of the guys at www.xtreme-uk.net

They used to be Ralliart UK who imported all the original Evo VI, VII, and VIII models that were sold officially through the selected few official UK dealers. They are a helpful lot and will be able to point you in the right direction smile

It was the IX onwards which could be sold by any UK dealership not the VII, as Colt Car Company took the rights from Ralliart UK to import the cars for the network
