I was merely a passenger today when a 911 Carrera tried to get away from an 18 yr old SEAC and failed.

........... and we did offer him a tin opener

Can't wait to get back in my BBW. Should be finished at Peninsula this week. Off to visit my folks in Devon next Monday and hope to pick it up and have a LOVELY LONG DRIVE home on Thursday!

Nice to see that the SEAC is out of hiding Steve, hope you and Jennie can get back to some sort of normality in the near future, SEAC included

Glad to hear that you've been out and about again in the SEAC Steve. I was going to go out in the Tasmin today, but never got round to it.

Anway, why does everyone keep going on about the BBW's, what about us that are only able to afford and run a little wedge (Tasmin 280i)....?

Steve -

You'll have to show me how you get it to 150! Not that my car won't do it - I just don't know - I can't get it past 100 - 110ish (or is it 120 ish) for all the shakin' all over!

Must be quite an experience at 150!

Hands off at 130 eh? - what a lovely stable car. I used to think you could take tour hands off the wheel at 160 in my Lamborghini 20 odd years ago - I only got it to 140 - 150 ish, but I was on a concrete road (we have a lot of those around here) with lots of those ripples!

I look forward to seeing your car Steve - clearly you really enjoy it!

Hope things are settling down well now after the shock.
