It's interesting hearing him talk about 2wd vs 4wd. the gist I got was that 2wd makes the driver do more, implying more fun. This makes total sense to me: given that every modern supercar is grossly over engineered for road use, surely the ones that require more driver input at regular speeds must be in the long term more satisfying for the owners? Otherwise every minted person would just buy a 911 turbo and be dine with it!!

I have been lucky enough to meet Valentino Balboni a few times over the last few years and what an amazing man I have nothing but respect for this gentleman.

When visiting the Lamborghini Factory over 4 years ago went out with Valentino in a Gallardo SE and I have to say it is an experience one will never forget he is an amazing driver and the passion for the cars is overwhelming I am so lucky to have been able to meet him.

Carry on the good work Valentino driving

+1. The memories of driving round the tiny back roads of Milbrook, sideways in a Murcielago, with only one hand on the wheel will stay with me until my dying day.

Then I let Valentino have a go hehe

Valentino Balboni will die in harness and even if he reaches 99 he'll still be considered and, more importantly, consider himself a representative of Automobili Lamborghini and an employee.

Some things are a matter of fact, regardless of whatever passing marketing people who occasionally work for the bull may say!

The youtube comments.... This is the first one:

[quote]Hei if a Lamborghini was only RWD you be in a world of pain to stay on the road like the dodge viper, and the crash rate would go way up cause richies cant control it, they even cant drive manual trans.
