Has anyone fitted one? I'm thinking of having it done cause i don't want to take any risks this summer. Any suggestions as to where to get it and where/how to fit it?

Working in the electrical industry i have allways found with our testing equipment that the old analogue ones allways gave better/more precise readings than digital ones.
I dont really know if this is the case with temp gauges etc even though i though the fuel gauge was the only dodgy one but that was more due to the sender rather than the gauges.
Just a though.

I have fitted digital guages to the 520 and they are swines to do because the sensor fittings are not compatible. Also expensive at around 150 pounds a pop.

You would be better off fitting a fan override switch and getting to know how your car behaves and in particular when the fans switch in.

You can check the guage accuracy with a digital thermometer if you are concerned that the gauge is telling porkies.
