So what's you're favourite?
Me, I'm more of a meat pie man myself, although not too struck on game.
Over to you.

Desperate Dan's Christmas Pie:
Mix up all the Christmas leftovers (turkey, ham, potatos, sprouts, etc. - a complete meal), and put in deep pie pots (at least 3"). Add a gravy to the top of the filling. Then the kicker:- add at least 1/2" of freshly made sausagement stuffing of your preference - this puts a something special in every mouthful. Finally a puff pastry cap.
Like a Cow Pie, eat from the dish in comically oversized portions - a 6" wide pie dish gives a belt-busting, man-sized meal.

Al, you've just cost me an overnight shipping charge from my favourite british food vendor. 4 steak and 4 steak and kidney pies en route (along with a few scottish meat pies and some lorne sausage)

If you weren't so far away I'd pop over and help you devour them.
