Restuarant in the vicinity of Oxford Street
Discussion
I need to take a customer out to dinner next week - they are staying at the Raddison Edwardian on Oxford Street so it should be somewhere that is reasonably close.
It should be nice but not too pricey (i got a b
king for taking my last customer to Pied a Terre - worth it though)
Also where is the easiest place to park the car? Sorry but I don't 'do' London very often as is probably apparent...

I'm rather fond of The Providores on Marylebone High Street.
There are loads of multistory car parks in the area - Bryanston Street, Marylebone Lane, Cavendish Square etc.

Wild Honey near Bond Street is lovely.
Second that; it's Michelin starred. Quite informal though. There is loads of free parking in Westminster from 18:30. Try some of the squares. I parked in Manchester Square last night, 5 minute walk from Oxford Street and there was plenty of bays.

Nom nom nom - was excellent.
Had Pork Belly and Snails for a starter followed by Cod & Shelfish Vinagrette then Chocolate Soup and Milk Sorbet for pud.
The main was slightly underwhelming - I didn't feel that it was terribly flavoursome - not bad by any means but it didn't blow me away. Starter and desert was sublime.
Three courses and coffee for three with a bottle of wine, 3 beers and a G&T was 209 quid which was very reasonable.
Derry Irvine was sat on the next table too. Neither of my guests knew who he was
