'E' numbers

I'm hoping someone on here can help, as I've had no luck searching!
Where can I find a list telling which 'E' numbers apply to what country? I'm just about to start buying bits, and don't want to buy the wrong ones!

What E numbers are you referring to? Food or marking on lights?

If lights then all the E numbers are listed in the IVA manual...However for the most part you don't need them.
Whilst they are all listed in the lighting table of the manual there is also a small sentence at the beginning of the lighting section saying that if the lights are not E marked then they must produce a similar light intensity as an E marked light. (or similar words)
