Seconded. I know sometimes disertation research is sometimes all about getting any figures to work on, but that 'survey' is ridiculous.

At least make it look like you're making an effort.

Stop digging.

Now you're telling me that you're SS-trained and that that is still your best effort at research.

SS is about finding stuff out right? Getting to root cause?

What do you think your survey results will tell you?

Green belt trained here...never going to use it.....never going to use it (alan patridge style).

Not in manufacturing though- financial services, used for process re-ingeneering departments.
