Bluetooth speakers
Discussion
I am looking for a pair of mains powered, decent, bluetooth speakers to send music to from my laptop.
I used to play music through my computer via a big amp, but I want a more tidy and efficient solution and I can have a second pair of bluetooth speakers in the kitchen/outside etc.
Any pointers?

No idea what your budget is, but assuming you use iTunes, I wouldn't limit your seaech to bluetooth speakers.
Pick a decent pair of powered speakers, and connect each pair to an airport express. If you have an iphone or ipod touch you can then use that as a remote to navigate your itunes library, choose tracks, control volume, chose which rooms you send music to etc.
Bluetooth will limit your choice of speakers, and the range is not great if you are talking about more than one room.

This is what I have done and it works brilliantly, albeit at a cost if you have a few units. The nice thing about it is that I can pipe music to the amp in the living room or the radio in the kitchen or the mini stereo in the bedroom or all three. The units were about £70 each though so I often wonder if there maybe are better alternatives for the money but the airport express units integrate so easily with everything.Pick a decent pair of powered speakers, and connect each pair to an airport express.
